Waterfront Signals to Return

The two traffic signals on the waterfront-at Fort Street and by the National Museum-that were not replaced in the initial restoration phase will be reinstated within coming weeks on a short-term basis.

The decision to reinstate the two signals was made to ensure the safety of motorists and pedestrians travelling along this route. As plans are further developed regarding the future of the waterfront area, the intersections will again be discussed and a final decision made.
